Returns Policy

We will accept the returns on your items only if :-

1. You are returning within 14 days of purchase.
2. The items are unworn and unused.
3. You find a defect with the product. Please note that you might be asked to provide photographic evidence for the mentioned defect.
4. You received an item you did not order.

Process for returning the items

1. Please complete our return form by clicking here
2. We will review your return request and get back to you within 2 working days.
3. We will send you an email once your return request is approved.
4. You can ship the product back to the address specified in the email.
5. Your money would be refunded to your preferred account. If you choose we can also offer you store credit instead of refund. The store credit is valid for a period of six months from the date of issue.
6. The refund process normally takes 3-4 days.

Important: Please note that the return shipping needs to be paid by the customer.
